Also, if any faults are diagnosed whilst the engineer is there he will, where possible repair at the same time* if your spa is under warranty at no extra charge. (*pending time and parts available)

Diamond Service & Maintenance Package

INTRODUCTORY PRICE £50 Per Month

(Usually £60 per month)

Includes Chemicals and Filters for 12 months (Chlorine/Bromine/Salt, PH adjusters & Test Strips)

1 x Intermediate Service including replacement disposable filter.

3 x Spa Health Checks that includes the following:

• Water tested and chemicals balanced if needed.
• Disposable Filter replacement
• All doors removed and all equipment ran.
• Check cabinet interior for any water residue, if found, find source and repair if your spa is in warranty (You will be notified if your spa is not under warranty to see if you would like the work carried out)
• All equipment checked to ensure everything operates as normal.
• All topside functions operate as normal.
• If access to the isolator switch is available, shut the spa down and carry out a wet stop inspection.
• All doors replaced and aligned.
• Ensure topside settings are put back to customers original settings.
• FREE CALL OUTS FOR 12 MONTHS (Maximum 3 per year if spa is in warranty, Spas out of warranty receive 50% off call out charges)

Gold Service & Maintenance Package

INDRODUCTORY PRICE £35 per month.

Includes:

1 x Premier Service including free disposable filter

• All doors removed and all equipment run.
