Apollo spas unique framing system provides durability and stability. Noted for their longevity and low maintenance, our cabinets are engineered to disburse the weight of the spa and water evenly. Pressure treated framing wood provides protection and our no-maintenance exterior cabinets add beauty that any craftsman would envy.
All spas are engineered with removable insulated panels, ensuring easy access all around the spa.

Multi layer Shell

For years of enjoyment, we start by choosing from a wide selection of high gloss marbled and textured cast acrylics. ABS is laminated to the acrylic to provide the strongest shell surface available. A unique sprayed composite material is then applied to add even more structural support and a layer of insulation.

High Pressure Reinforced Hose

All Apollo spas are built with a custom design hose that will allow greater water flow while at the same time reducing leaks. This special hose actually swells slightly to absorb stress from water pressure and rigid fittings.

Insulation

Apollo Spas are designed to keep running costs low. A good quality hard cover prevents heat loss at the water surface. The spa shell is backed with a layer of insulating foam over the entire surface, and then the interior cabinet walls are lined with insulating panels to prevent heat loss from the spa plumbing and equipment. The corners and upper lip of the spa are sprayed with a urethane foam to finish off an insulation package that operates efficiently in any weather conditions.

Northern Insulation (optional)

Apollo also offers an upgraded insulation package for customers living in colder climates. This package offers that little extra piece of mind on those sub zero days. Northern Insulation consists of an extra full cabinet wrap of a product called Laminated UMBI. This product is most commonly used to insulate commercial metal buildings like factories and warehouses. It consists of a high quality, highly resilient formaldehyde free fiberglass insulation laminated to a durable vapor resistant sheeting.

Advanced Filtration

Water is recovered and filtered at two locations in all Apollo Spas. For cleaner water, each of our spa packages incorporates an easy to service large capacity filter cartridge.

Maintenance-Free Cabinets

Apollo Spa cabinets are designed to have the appearance of natural wood with the durability and low maintenance of synthetic composite materials. No need to sand or stain the cabinet regularly, Apollo cabinets can be easily cleaned with the garden hose. Several wood tones are available to match your landscape.

Jet Configurations

Our jet configurations are engineered using the latest physical therapy and chiropractic principals, pinpointing the areas of your body where tension and stress accumulate, such as your back, neck and shoulders. Apollo Spas’ jet series targets key points in these areas to massage strained muscles, soothing away the day’s stress. Our jets are designed to provide maximum water flow, giving you the comfort of a penetrating massage without the sharp piercing pressure typical of narrow jets. Your Apollo Spa is engineered for comfort, through and through.

State-of-the-art Controls & Pumps

At the heart of each Apollo Spa is the heater, pump and control system. We use thermally protected pump motors and the finest, most efficient, equipment available, including solid-state fully programmable electronic controls, and underwater lighting.

Everlast Flooring (optional)

All 7’ and 8’ Apollo spas come standard with our Long Life Floor. This vacuum formed durable ABS bottom is fully insulated and completely seals the underside of the spa keeping it impervious to moisture, pests and time.
