Dear All
It has been a month now since we purchased our Midnight sun spa and I just wanted to say it was definitely the spa for us.
It is fabulous. It is so lovely stepping into the warm water and relaxing, even in the freezing cold weather we are having at the moment and you feel great when you come out, so refreshed. We are very pleased we went ahead with our purchase.
So I would like to take this opportunity to say thank you for all your help on the choosing and installation and just as important the after sales advice you have given us.
Thank you again,
Tina and Martin

Dear Nicky,
Firstly I would like to start out with saying what a great pleasure it was to work with yourselves in arranging the purchase of our new spa and sauna. We are really glad that we got recommended to Arctic Spa, and its refreshing to find a company that's willing to put in the effort to make sure everything is right and thought about, oppose to the pushy sales people many of us have come across before. We was assured not only with your staff but the fact that your company had been running for so many years, and you can see why. I will be recommending Arctic Spas to whoever will listen.

You did numerous site visits which were not only out your way, but ended up saving myself a lot of money by confirming we did not have to hire a crane for delivery. As well as always being on the end of the phone when I had numerous concerns, me being the worrier that I am. As for the Spa itself it has more than met our expectations and

the extras that we opted for were more than worth it, the children love the LED lights behind every jet, and the music system works a treat with my ipod and television, the quality of the tubs show and were left with no concerns. The sauna is being used lots and will continue to do so for many years to come I am sure.
Thanks for all the time and effort you put into our purchase and I'm sure we will pop in from time to time for added accessories.
Kind regards, Cherry Moss

We had always fancied having a hot tub and when we moved house we had the perfect chance to do this. We looked around a few different places but soon found that Arctic Spa was the best place to get one from. The staff are knowledgeable and very helpful. After sitting in quite a few different tubs we decided on the cub, it is a great size for the 2 of us but is big enough when we have friends round.
We thought we might have a problem having one, as the access to the back garden is rather limited. They assured us that this was not a problem and as you can see from the photo's we had out hot tub craned over our bungalow into our garden. This was quite a sight.
We would certainly recommend to anyone that having a hot tub is brilliant. They are easy to look after once you get used to the chemical levels. There is nothing like relaxing in the tub after a hard day.

We found the staff at Arctic Spas at Hartlebury very helpful, knowledgeable and not pushy when we went to enquire about a purchase.  We were offered the opportunity to try out the spa in the show room at a convenient time and were always treated courteously. Once we had decided to purchase, all the arrangements for delivery - including a crane - were made quietly and efficiently. Everything and everyone turned up promptly and the installation work was done efficiently and the packing etc. all removed from the site.
We had a small spa before so we were used to the experience, but the Arctic Spa (an Arctic Fox in our case because we needed a rectangular spa that would fit onto our patio area) is much more of a spa experience with choices of where to sit and how much water and air activity we want. We use the spa most days but as there are only the two of us I guess it is relatively lightly used compared with some. We are starting off with Chlorine which we hadn't used before - our previous tub was inherited with some other proprietary system - which we may go back to as it was completely odour free. Not that the Chlorine is offensive but there is a slight lingering odour on the skin as after swimming in a public pool. As new customers we can't really talk about after care - hopefully we won't need too much of it - but our purchasing experience lends some comfort that it will be OK if we need it.

I would be delighted to give a testimonial
For some time my wife and I had been contemplating buying a spa and in July 2008 some friends of ours came to visit us for the weekend and the discussion turned to spas
One of the reason we were considering buying a spa was that my wife suffers from polio and we felt that the spa would be ideal for her health
Our friends had previously purchased a spa from your company and recommend that I contact Arctic Spas
An appointment was made for the 8th July 2008.
The presentation was thorough and all my questions were answered so much so that we bought the spa that day.
I was left with all the leaflets which included online customer support and the hot tub preparations required for when the spa would be delivered including the electrical requirements
As we were away for most of August delivery was arranged for September
On delivery the engineer explained how the spa worked and how to operate all the programmes. I was very impressed with the time he took and thoroughness in installing the spa and answering my questions
Since that date we have not looked back and regularly ,up to at least twice a week, enjoy the spa.
Every time our chidren and grandchildren arrive to visit us they also want to use the spa

Hi Nicky, So this is how it's gone so far... These swim spas are infact crucial therepy for adults and children with Spinal muscular atrophy.

Go to the information website www.jtsma.org.uk and click on the "what is spinal muscular atrophy" heading. Our daughter is type 2. It's nice to here that you will be taking over the showroom and using your past work experience in the field of caring. I'm sure it will be of an advantage to the company.
The pool has given Sophie unprecedented freedom of movement in the water and is atthe same temperature as the hospitals hydropool (36degrees). Which she gets only 30mins per fortnight with her physio if shes lucky. Sophie's physio has said that this form of physio in the pool is the best therapy for her because of the weightlessness. She wears a rigid spinal jacket all day at school and is confined to either her powerchair or her high/low wombat chair as she cannot weight bare at all and for standing she has to wear full length kafo leg braces. So the relief on her spine and joints is tremendous in the warm water.
The Ocean is big enough for her to move around and be mobile by herself with her armbands on she can swim for an hour at a time. SHE LOVES IT!!! and in turn that brings happiness to us as we know she is getting relief and enjoying herself for once in her life.
She chose to have her birthday party in her pool with her friends so she could be equally mobile as them. blimey, I'm starting to get tearful as i write now! I have attached some photos of the spa and the hoist I fitted. Some photos of Sophie will follow as when we looked at them we realised she is naked in all of them apart from her party ones! I built the roof over the spa and the decking myself over the space of a month or so after work doing a few hours here and there. The swinging jib I bought on eBay for a £65 bargain, it can take 2 tons so should be strong enough! The hoist was provided by our OT and was used indoors before her bedroom was built which has an x-y system. The OT and the Physio have come round to inspect and were very impressed. The hoist just clips on with a carabiner so I take it in doors when not in use. Its a rechargeable battery.

All in all ive got it pretty much sorted for her now and its as comfortable as I can make it.
Kind regards Richard Anderson.

The recent weather with its severe cold and then the now famous Berks County sleet storm, brought to mind a sales pitch you made to Barbara and [me] just about a year ago. At the time we suspected that perhaps some of the facts offered must have been just a bit overstated. But we bought the spa anyway. Now a year after the purchase we find that the statements you made were actually understated. The events of these past few weeks have proved that Arctic Spas must be the leaders in the industry.
This realization started when we received our electric bill for a time frame that featured some of the coldest weather in years. An $8.00 per month increase was hard to believe when we learned the size of the increases others had received. Arctic Spa is built for cold weather ---- no doubt about it.
This past weekend was the real test. The enclosed photos show our spa after we started the removal of an ice fall that would surely have ruined any other spa cover on the market. Hundred of pounds of frozen sleet fell from the second floor roof, some 26' above the spa, landing on the Cast Core Cover. As I began to remove the large chunks of frozen sleet and found out how heavy they were, I thought I would find a badly damaged spa and cover underneath them. After all it had broken the vinyl siding, torn a flower box and shelf from the window and smashed a wrought iron table adjacent to the spa. Some of the chunks were difficult for one person to lift. The debris between the house and spa is 24" deep.
I was pleasantly surprised to find that there was not even a hint of compression damage, not a mark or a blemish. Barbara was convinced that damage would show up on the shell or outer structure, but soon agreed that it was remarkable that this hadn't happened and after a few hours of moving ice and snow we were back in our spa.
Arctic Spas are not the least expensive ones in the market place but I would challenge anyone to find a better one. |

We are writing to let you know how pleased we are with our Arctic spa. We purchased a Yukon (Elite Series) model from Splash Pools & Spas in the summer of 2002 and took delivery in September. We are frequent users of our spa and use it even in the coldest weather.
Before buying, we did extensive research on spas and wet-tested several competitors' products; however, it took us very little time to realize that buying an Arctic spa from Splash was the right decision - and one that we have never regretted.
From our very first visit to Splash and our contact with Trish, to the sales visit by Jeff, delivery by the crew, and after-sales service by Mike, we have dealt with some of the most pleasant, honest and dependable people with whom we have ever had the fortune to do business. For us, the product represents only half of the buying experience. The people who influence and support the purchase (sales and service) are just as important - especially when it involves such a significant investment.
We often relate our positive experience to friends and neighbours and would not hesitate to recommend Arctic or Splash Pools & Spas to prospective spa buyers.
Thanks and keep up the good work. |
We purchased our Hot Tub from Sunset Bay Leisure Co. here in Regina, Sask 2 years ago. I just wanted to write to you to tell you what a pleasure it is dealing with Mike Patterson and his staff. It doesn't matter what the question or problem you have they bend over backwards to accommodate you and help you no matter what. It is so nice in this day and age to find these kind of people. I would not hesitate to recommend buying a Hot Tub from their Company.
We also feel that your Hot Tubs are of the highest quality and we look forward to many more years of relaxation and fun with our grandchildren and other family and friends in the Hot Tub.
Thanks again and keep up the great customer service and high quality Hot Tubs. |
